re: New Computer specs help

I've been having a lot of issues with my current computer, so I'm deciding to buy a new one, but I'm not so savvy on the best computer parts.

I really just want to run WoW on decent settings without any lag whatsoever. I'm not saying Ultra, but I'm hoping for Good to Best settings without shadow.

Here's a link to the one I'm considering:

some of the stuff might be a bit overkill unless you plan to upgrade this to a beast system down the line. Like a case that can support 2 power supplies is probably unnecessary unless that is the only option available :P You would need to be running 4 GTX 680's before you need a dual power supply.
The liquid cooling is a nice option but also not really necessary the GTX 600 series runs a lot cooler than the 500 series because it can downclock itself to save power/heat when it isn't being used.

If anything I would downgrade on the case / cooling and either go for a GTX680 or a GTX660. That will give you the biggest performance boost. Although fair warning the GTX 700 series is already being put into some laptops. It is expected they will release the GTX760/780 sometime in may if you want to hold off till then for a big discount on the GTX660 or go for the 760.

Thanks Flik!! I'm gonna look into other cases, and I actually have 660 GTX in my current computer, so I can just move that one over.

Thanks for the help : >
